How do I care for my product?
Fine-Pewter, like silver or other metals and gems, requires occasional polishing. Pewter will oxidize over time and begin to lose its sheen. Simply use a soft cloth and lightly buff until the pewter returns to its original color. If your product has a crystal, other than the Sun Sprites, we use hot glue to initially attach them. Reapply them in the same fashion. Be careful not to damage the Swarovski foil backing, as the color may be lost. We do not replace the crystals.
Do you provide International delivery?
We ship our amazingly unique products world-wide! If you're willing to pay the shipping costs for international delivery- it's yours for the loving! If you have any specific questions on delivery, please contact us!
How do I return an item?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately- we want you to be happy with our products! We would kindly ask that you place it in a box with some bubble wrap or styro-peanuts (just something cushy for the ride home) and pay for the return shipping.
Please include a copy of your invoice.
What is your returns policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase or it arrives damaged, send it back within 15 days of receipt for a refund, exchange or replacement, If you are an international customer, the return time is 20 days from the point of receipt. All replacements, exchanges or refunds, will be processed within 30 days.
What are your delivery options?
We ship with USPS. Standard delivery is 3 - 5 days within the "Lower 48." For rural areas or Alaska and Hawaii, delivery may require a couple of extra days. Our goal is to have the quickest turn-around time possible from order to delivery! Your order will go out within 7-10 business days of the actual order date.
International orders are sent USPS. as well. Delivery time usually requires, 10 - 14 business days.
I'm a Drop Shipper, Wholesaler, Gift Shop Owner or Product Rep- how do I access the "Wholesale" page?
Being a wholesaler or product rep brings special discounts and wholesale prices. You will need to contact us initially for the password to enter the "Wholesale" page. The password is not to be shared with anyone outside of your buyers. Access will be denied if we find these rules are broken.
